Planet-X, a mysterious planet lying oan the edge of Earth’s solar system was hypothesised by NASA in A.D. 2015. It was finally discovered in A.D. 3092 by Earth’s UN Space Explorer Drones.

Upon landing, they uncovered a desolate planet with the remnants of an ancient civilisation called the Xylons. The Xylons were a hyper intelligent race who worked in harmony building great wealth across the universe by selling Elixir, a specially mined mineral deep in their planet’s core. Once refined, Elixir is the most powerful substance in the universe, its source of energy can be used to operate anything which uses power

The immense value of Elixir meant the Xylons were on the brink of building a wealth unmatched by any other race across the universe, with mystical stories of Planet-X reaching far and wide. However, one day an evil race called Dark Mata heard this story and decided they would invade Planet-X, with a goal to steal the vast riches the Xylons had created.

Day after day the battle continued to wreak havoc on the Xylons, until eventually they were forced to flee or risk being wiped out as a race. During their frantic evacuation, a solar storm forced one of their Motherships into the asteroid belts, ripping it apart with all of their treasure dispersing into orbit and getting stuck in the asteroid belt.

To this day the wrecked Mothership continues to orbit Planet-X, and each day solar winds force some of the precious cargo to fall out of orbit and down to the surface of the abandoned planet.

Following the discovery of Planet-X, fleets of scavenger drones from different galaxies have descended on the planet to uncover the fallen treasures.

These scavenger drones are known as X-Droids.
